This watercolor was done as part of the free lesson I teach at Michaels once every month. I liked it, it was somewhat simple. I drew the outline for the cactus before I filled in each piece mixing blue and yellows to varying degrees. It's a very cartoony and abstract 2-D version of a cactus plant and it's a simple painting for beginners. Looking forward to teaching my anime/magna class for beginners next week. Stay tuned!
